Gold Leaf Property Investments

GLPI was formed by Michael Ewer in 2000. We specialise in improving the value of property – whether that be through improving lease terms and efficient management, or redevelopment and refurbishment. Our main focus is on commercial property, but our portfolio is a mix of retail, office, industrial and residential. We typically expect to hold properties for no longer than three years. We pride ourselves on having an established reputation for being straightforward in our dealings.

We are actively seeking properties of all types and anywhere across England and Wales, but more specifically those with opportunities for increased rental income, improved lease terms and/or potential to split into smaller, more manageable parts.
